This cookbook is part of the McCall's Cookbook Collection. There where around 19 cookbooks and they came with a storage case and index. Apparently some additions were also3 ring binder punched and must have came with a binder. They are copyrighted 1965. This particular book is a 1981 edition so they were in print for some time. It contains a lot of recipes using canned, frozen and other convenience foods.. This particular recipe sounds very interesting to me and I plan on trying it. I am always looking for interesting meat loaf recipes and this fills the bill.Spaghetti Meat Loaf
